Your goals
Tell your coach every race you're aiming at this season. The earliest main race drives the plan; the others fit around it.
Setting your season
When you sign up, your coach shows you one card. Write every race you're aiming at this season — each one's distance, target time and date — plus where your running is today: how often you run, and a recent run.
Send it and your coach reads it back: each race with its distance, time and date, and where you're starting from. Nothing is saved yet. If something is missing or misread, edit your text and send it again. When it matches, tap That's right and your coach builds your plan.
Main races and tune-ups
Every goal is either a main race or a tune-up. The earliest main race ahead drives the plan; tune-ups fit in along the way and never at a main race's expense.
Your coach guesses which is which from your wording — "as a tune-up" or "along the way" marks a tune-up. If the read-back has it wrong, change your text before you confirm, or tell your coach later.
Changing a goal
There is no goal form: tell your coach in chat. "Move Stockholm to 6 June", "drop the 10K" or "make the half my main race" is enough.
Moving the main race's date or distance, or making an earlier race the main one, rebuilds the plan from today. Adding, moving or dropping a tune-up doesn't: your coach adjusts the weeks around it in the same conversation.
After a race
Once a race day has passed, your coach asks how it went.
With no race ahead
When no race is left ahead, your coach goes quiet: no daily check-ins and no emails until you set the next one. The card comes back at the bottom of your chat, just above where you type, ready for your next season. You can still chat any time.
Leaderboards
A race among your goals never puts you on its leaderboard: joining is your choice, as Your data, emails and privacy explains.
