Best for
Priced at $80, the GO RUN Trail Altitude 2.0 is Skechers' low-cost way onto dirt. A 38 mm stack of ULTRA LIGHT midsole gives lightweight cushioning, the upper mixes leather with mesh and is water-repellent, and an Air-Cooled Goga Mat insole sits under the foot. It came out in 2025.
It suits you for casual trail running on moderate paths, where a little water resistance is welcome and you want a cushioned step without paying much.
It is not a technical-terrain shoe. Water-repellent is not waterproof, so a soaking stream crossing will still get in, and the leather-and-mesh upper is a casual build. Rugged, wet trail wants something more serious. Keep it for casual outings.
