Saucony Triumph 24

Saucony's flagship cushioned trainer rebuilt on incrediLUX foam — the plush high-mileage pick, no plate.

The Triumph 24 is Saucony's premier cushioned trainer, rebuilt around the all-new incrediLUX foam — the headline being that it got both lighter and more cushioned than the 23 at the same time. A breathable comfort mesh sits on top and XT-900 carbon rubber underneath, and there is deliberately no plate anywhere in it.

It suits you if the easy end of your week is where the shoe money should go: recovery days, long runs at conversational pace, high weekly mileage that punishes thin shoes.

It is not a fast shoe and does not pretend to be — pace is what the Endorphin side of the catalog is for. Saucony prints no weight or stack numbers on the product page, so the "lighter than before" claim is the brand's own framing, not a spec you can compare across brands.
