Best for
The Cohesion 19 is Saucony's entry-price trainer, and at $80 it is meant to be the everyday hero: a neutral cushioned shoe for the road, the gym and everything in between. New VersaRun foam adds cushion and energy return, an XT-600 carbon rubber outsole is made for longevity, and a breathable engineered mesh upper adapts to the foot. The drop is 8 mm.
It suits you for easy runs and general fitness, when you want a plush, neutral trainer and are not chasing pace.
It is not a performance shoe for fast days or races, and it has no stability features. It covers everyday running cheaply and asks little of you in return.
