The Magnify Nitro 3 is PUMA's max-cushion road trainer, with a 40 mm stack and a 10 mm drop that put a generous amount of NITROFOAM under a neutral foot. PUMA chose the nitrogen-infused foam for energy return, wrapped it in an engineered knit upper with PWRTAPE and added a PUMAGRIP outsole. It recommends the shoe for neutral pronators.
It suits you for easy and long road runs, where a soft landing for slow miles is what you are after.
It is not a stability shoe, and at about 260 g on a tall stack it is not for runners who like to feel the road. It is meant for slow miles, not tempo work.
