A carbon Speedboard sits with a double layer of Helion HF foam and CloudTec, and an enhanced rocker and toe-off roll you forward. At about 210 g it is a plated racer for anything from short road races to the marathon.
It suits you on race day, from the shorter road races through the half marathon to the marathon, when you want a plated shoe that does the rolling for you.
It is not an everyday trainer. On easy mileage the board and the rocker have little to offer, so keep it for the days you race and use something plainer for the rest.
