The Winflo is Nike's entry-level road trainer, and the 11 is a comfort-first version of it. Cushlon 3.0 foam and a full-length Air unit sit under a 10 mm drop, the forefoot is roomy and the fit is forgiving. It is a sensible first pair for someone building a running habit rather than chasing a time.
It is heavy, at roughly 325 g, and the ride is soft rather than responsive. You notice both on anything faster than a steady run.
It is not a workout shoe and not a racer. If your week is easy miles and you want something dependable underfoot, it does the job; if you want to run fast, look higher up the range.
