Nike ACG Zegama Trail

Nike's big-cushion Vibram trail shoe under the ACG banner — ZoomX over Cushlon with MegaGrip underneath.

The ACG Zegama Trail is the third-generation Zegama, Nike's cushioned trail flagship, now living under ACG. ZoomX sits directly underfoot over a Cushlon 3.0 stability layer, a stretch ankle cuff keeps debris out, and a Vibram MegaGrip outsole with Traction Lug handles the ground — the spec that earns trail shoes their keep. It is a substantial shoe at about 338 g on a 4 mm drop.

It suits you if your runs go up: steep climbs, switchbacks, long descents, the mountain days where cushioning and grip decide how the last hour feels.

It is not light, and it is not plated — the racing job belongs to the Ultrafly. On easy local trails it is more shoe than the ground demands, which is what the ACG Pegasus Trail below it is for.
