The Roadfly is what inov-8 gets when it takes a trail shoe and strips out the technology a road runner does not need. A MET-CRADLE creates a locked-in feel, a Meta Flex groove adapts to your stride, and a BOOMERANG FOOTBED works with POWERFLOW PRO midsole foam over rubber. The 18 mm stack and 6 mm drop keep you close to the ground, and it comes in standard and wide fits.
It suits fast runs on pavements, paths and roads, for runners who like to feel the surface under them.
It is not a cushioned long-run shoe. The low stack gives a firm, connected ride, and long mileage will ask more of your legs than a softer trainer would.
