The Nordlite Tempo is the workout shoe in Craft's Nordlite family: lightweight, agile and engineered for speed. Cr Foam Pro builds on Craft's Cr Foam, which is infused with PEBA, and sits under an advanced upper with a HyperGrip outsole and Craft Endurance Fit, on a 40 mm stack and a 6 mm drop.
It suits tempo runs and intervals, the quick days when you want something agile, and you can still log a few easy miles in it.
It is not a race-day supershoe, and it is not a recovery cruiser either. At about 256 g it is not especially light, and the speed-focused foam feels busy on slow days, so save it for the sessions that need it.
