The Nordlite Speed 2 is the version of Craft's carbon racer meant for everyone, updated with a one-piece engineered mesh upper, a Cr Foam Pro midsole and an improved Craft Endurance Fit. The Ultra Carbon Plate has a precision split for torsion and variable energy return, on a 40 mm stack and a 6 mm drop.
It suits runners who want a single race shoe for weekly intervals and a first marathon, with neutral support and a fit that has had real work done.
It is not a light shoe. At about 283 g it is a little heavier than the first Nordlite Speed, and the carbon plate makes it a poor fit for easy days.
