The Adrenaline is Brooks' support trainer and it has held the same idea for two decades: run normally, and the shoe only intervenes when your knee or heel starts travelling where it should not. The GTS 24 does that with GuideRails, firmer foam either side of the heel, rather than a hard post jammed under the arch.
It suits runners who have been told they overpronate, and anyone whose form comes apart late in a long run. At 12 mm it has the highest drop in Brooks' road range, which suits some heel-strikers well.
It is not a corrective device and it is not quick. If you already run neutral you will feel the sidewalls doing nothing except adding weight — take the Ghost instead.
