It suits ultra runners, and anyone whose trail days run past the point where a normal shoe stops protecting them.
It is not a nimble shoe. At 302 g and with that much foam underfoot, precise footing on technical rock is harder than in something lower, and you feel the ground much less. It is not a road shoe either - the lugs are wasted on pavement and wear fast there.
